With your Kjavik package, you don't just get one shoe. You get 3 different ways to wear the Kjavik One: Comfort, Performance and Zero, allowing your muscles, joints and bones to slowly get used to the natural feeling of running. You avoid overloading and pain. The insole package is also practical once you've got used to it: you can use the Performance insole to protect your heel on longer hikes when descending. Or you can use the Comfort insole when jogging.

The shoe runs large. Take one size smaller than for normal shoes. Thanks to their anatomical shape, the Kjavik One are closer to your actual foot size!
